We do hope that your are happy with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch immediately via the contact form or email at contactcrushaccessories@gmail.com

If you need to return an item these are accepted for up to 14 days from receipt, providing the item is unused/unworn, in original condition with labels still attached and you will receive a full refund.

If you need to exchange an item these are accepted for up to 14 days from receipt, providing the item is unused/unworn, in original condition with labels still attached. The exchange product will be sent to you on return of the original product.

Please note you cannot return a customised order but if you are unhappy about it please do get in touch to discuss.

Please note original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

For all returns and exchanges, you will need to cover the cost of delivery.
It is recommend you use a trackable shipping method as proof of delivery is needed for a refund if an item is lost during transit.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival , please do not accept the package and contact us straight away.
Alternatively, please photograph the damaged item emailing it here. Or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong and fix things for you.
